The company

Arrochar Associates was established in 1992. The Director, Carolyn McFarlan, has 30 years ‘hands on’ experience in the licensed industry having run her own restaurant and outside catering business, managed a pub and held a senior management position with a pub catering company. She therefore knows the importance of profitability combined with practicality and thoroughly enjoys passing on her knowledge with the help of her training team.

The training team

offers a broad knowledge gained from a background of experience in the licensed trade. They can therefore empathise with delegates and combined with their humour and authority, ensure the message gets home. Our highly professional team of associate training providers has skills and experience in specialist areas which gives us the flexibility to react clients’ specific needs in the provision of targeted training.
