If I need to re-sit, what happens next?
Unusual, but we can arrange a re-sit for you. In the near future, it will also be possible to re-sit the exam online, with us, at a time to suit you.
How do I apply for a personal licence?
To obtain a personal licence, you will need to apply to the licensing department of the local authority where you normally live. Applicants will be asked for a number of things to support their application; these will include proof that they hold a licensing qualification, such as the BIIAB NCPLH.
Can I prepare my application before I complete the training?
By applying for a personal licence application pack from the licensing department of your local authority in advance, you can get your application underway before you complete the training.
