At a time when the political parties are releasing their manifesto declarations with a view to attracting your vote on the 8th June, have you considered your own Business Manifesto?
A manifesto is a published verbal public declaration of your intentions, opinions, vision, motives, views, policies, aims, objectives and beliefs. Ultimately to engage followers, create advocates and obtain their vote of support.
Although considered for political parties, is this any different for you as a business?
Traditionally, a manifesto is a declaration of what you intend to do, what you believe, your stance on a particular topic and what you dream about and wish to create.
In simple terms, what is your list of things that you want to achieve in your business to make a difference for your customers, team and self.
After reading your messages, ideally, your reader should feel like that they understand you better, appreciate why you do things a certain way, acknowledge what matters to you and see the type of business you are trying to create in a way that they want to be part of the experience.
